Staying at this hotel was a breath of fresh air. The rooms were top-notch, spotless with no speck of dust, and the kitchenette was a nice bonus. The service provided was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, although there was a hiccup with the initial room assignment. The location was outstanding, allowing easy access to Parque 93 and Zona Rosa. Dining provided a variety of delicious options, but there were occasional shortages during breakfast. Overall, a great choice for a stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were in excellent condition and impeccably clean, but unfortunately, my request for a room with a King size bed and better conditions was not granted despite booking a suite. The service, on the other hand, was amazing with staff going above and beyond to assist with various needs. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops, but the ongoing construction could be bothersome. Dining options were limited but of good quality.
